Quiet apartment near Maschsee/good trade fair connection

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, close to the Maschsee and Eilenriede (city forest). It is well connected. From the central train station you need about 15 minutes, including the walk. To Messe Nord about 18 minutes with a direct train connection. Shopping is approx. 3 minutes away. A little further away are more shops, restaurants and bars. So perfect for short breaks, joggers and nature lovers and people who work at the trade fair. I don't have a TV at home :) The space An apartment awaits you on the 3rd floor with a room of about 18 square meters, a small bathroom and a kitchen. The other two rooms are private and will not be provided. The sofa bed is comfortable, 160 x 200, perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything. You are welcome to use coffee, tea, etc. If you want a little more air, there is a small balcony outside the kitchen where you can linger in the evening. The bathroom has a bathtub. Guest access You use the living room with a large sofa bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. The other two rooms are private.
