A self catering small humble place to watch the beautiful sunset during summer. This place is a perfect getaway for a weekend relaxation with the beach front view of the West Philippine sea with torquise water. Ideal for a family of 5 or 2 couples for a romantic getaway and it is free from the hustle and bustle of the crowded and heavy traffic metro. The number of guest is negotiable upon reaching the maximum occupancy and it will be charged accordingly which is 500 pesos per head per night. The space The villa is a modern but minimalist private boudoir for relaxation or a romantic moment. It features a 2-bedroom house with glass wall overlooking the sunrise in the morning with a gentle kiss of morning sunshine. The glass wall facing the sea from ceiling to floor with curtains provides privacy of the room which is equipped with a king size comfortable bed. The room has a very good working air-conditioning unit for a relaxing and perfect sleep to feel recharged the next day. The lounging area has a comfortable sofa which is provided to chill and relax while having a siesta hour or watching Netflix with family. Duvet and pillows provided for maximum comfort. The contemporary but minimalist design shower room is a decent size with a small sink and bidet attached for a better hygiene. The porch in front facing the beach has a small table for morning coffee or for an afternoon relaxation while watching the sunrise or even waiting for the sunset. You will surely enjoy your precious time of relaxation with the beautiful ocean view and a gentle breeze while chatting or sipping a glass of wine . The Volcano , Mt Pinatubo can be reached during summer for additional fee and an arranged tour guide. You will surely enjoy the surrounding area especially if you love nature or a fantastic time with your love ones, friends and family. There’s also a tree house wherein you can relax and watch the surrounding area while enjoying a quiet moment. For guest exceeding maximum occupancy can ask for extra mattresses which will be charged accordingly . WiFi is available in every villa free of charge . The use of billiard table is free but the bonfire wood and the use of videoke is charged accordingly. Each villa has a separate aircon for the bedroom and for the lounging area that can be switched on and off separately to save energy because we are classified as accommodation establishment that protects the environment. Guest access There is a private access to the property with a reasonably secure ample parking spaces. The whole public area is manned by 23 CCTV cameras for a reasonable level of safety and security of our guest, staff and the place but be advised to be vigilant at all times. Other things to note Please enjoy your stay but please bear in mind to take care of all the things that matters to everyone and be sensible and considerate because we love to take care of this small humble place and the beautiful nature around it. Please supervise kids by responsible adults at all times. Any loss, breakages or damages will be charged accordingly upon checkout.
