The space When using elevator must press fob to the black part under the buttons, then press button for floor. If you would like to use the pool or hot tub, you must reach out in advance as I will have to book a time slot on the system. Pool and hot tub are shared condo amenity and there are times where there is main range or other issues so may not always be available. All amenities are not guaranteed as they are all shared and so may have periods of downtime not under control of unit owner. Other things to note The home should be respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. Please note that this condo building uses a seasonal HVAC system, meaning it operates on heating during part of the year and then switches over to air conditioning. The changeover is managed by the building, so individual units cannot control heating or cooling during this transition.
