The space The residence offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a spacious lounge featuring French Doors that lead to an expansive deck. Three bedrooms provide Queen-sized beds and direct deck access through French Doors. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. The house and location are a perfect haven for a peaceful getaway, equipped with a cosy fireplace for chilly evenings. A generous supply of firewood is provided for guests during the winter months, and additional wood can be purchased. Situated within 4 km of the Oberon Golf Club, the property is just a short drive from the iconic Mayfield Nursery and a short trip to Kanangra Boyd National Park. The Blue Mountains are approximately one-hour drive. Guest access My guests will have access to the entire home, including: - A spacious lounge room with a fireplace. - A smart TV with access to Paramount+, AppleTV. - A large deck overlooking the uninterrupted view of the lake. - A dining room with a table accommodating up to eight people. - A fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. - Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and French doors providing access to the deck and breathtaking views. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. - A private outdoor area with a fire pit (please check fire restrictions) and comfortable seating. - A gas Weber BBQ. - Telstra Wi-Fi, strong enough for browsing the internet, watching Paramount+ AppleTV Please note: - The laundry facility is not available. - Pets are not allowed due to the nature of the property. - We have a strict policy that does not permit unregistered guests or more than eight people Other things to note - The estate offers guests a unique 600-meter private access to the lake, which is regularly stocked with Rainbow Trout and Golden Perch. Please note that obtaining a Fishing Licence is mandatory. -Lake Oberon supplies drinking water, so swimming is prohibited. - The rodeo is scheduled to take place at the show ground on Saturday, February 22, 2025. It is conveniently located, just a 5 to 8-minute drive from my home. Come for this exciting event.
