We get great breezes situated on the hill, complemented by fans. November is the start of the tourist season, and the weather is just about perfect. It is the start of the dry season and the humidity is rapidly falling and the temperatures are still warm. December is the busiest time of the year, and the weather is excellent. January is the coolest month of the year, but remember this is the tropics, so cool is relative! February, the tropical winter is over and the days are hot and the nights are pleasant for sleeping. March is probably the best month of the year. Hot during the day, and comfortable at night. April is another busy month during the week leading up to Easter. The weather is getting hotter but it is still wonderful. May is a hidden gem as many tourists have left, and even though it is heating up, the evenings are pleasant with wonderful breezes that make sleeping comfortable. June is a hot and mostly dry transition month to summer. Nights are warm, and the air conditioner is a welcome complement for sleeping. July, August and September is the summer rainy season, and is very hot and humid, with spectacular thunderstorms. Air conditioning is available for a comfortable night's sleep. October is another transition month, and often remains hot and humid even as the summer rains are ending. Then the tourist season starts again in November.
