This is the perfect place to stop and unwind, to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, that Avalon so effortlessly provides. Take a dip in the wood fired hot tub or relax on the oversized luxury sofa perfectly positioned to enjoy the views. With every extra little touch Avalon is a truly special place! The space Set across one level Avalon offers: Twin bedroom and King bed Bathroom with walk in shower and feature bath, underfloor heating, and luxury towels. Kitchen with Smeg appliances, Neff induction hob, Grind coffee machine, Hotel Chocolate velvetiser, dish washer plus all basic essentials inc tea, coffee (instant and pods), sugar, salt, pepper and a welcome basket on arrival. Guest access Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, private balcony area with outside seating. Other things to note This is not a party location and house parties are not permitted. We do not accept Hen party or stag party’s, single sex groups or any group booking that wishes to have a party, This is perfect place for a chilled countryside retreat break.Any disturbance created and guests will be asked to leave the premises. There is adequate parking for two vehicles at the property. Avalon is dog friendly and we allow 1 dog to stay, a small charge applies. We kindly ask that your dog is not left unattended or for long periods alone in Avalon. Whilst it is possible to travel to this property via public transport, the number 6 coach from Exeter to Bude, there is a 10 min walk from the stop to the property. Guests are advised to arrange their transfer, taxi or own vehicle.
