Relaxed and convenient accomodation in the Otway National Park, a seven to ten minute drive from stunning Lorne and two hour drive from Melbourne City. Located across five gorgeous acres, you will have access to the House, Villa One and Villa Two sleeping up to fourteen guests. The perfect location for an extended family holiday, multiple families or groups of friends. The space All newly renovated and beautifully designed in this lush bush setting, offering complete comfort and luxury for a relaxing holiday. Both Villas and the house have their own private outdoor spas, nestled amongst the ferns and quiet bush. The perfect places to relax and unwind either under the stars or in the sun! All are filled with natural light, the original fireplaces, split system air-conditioning, comfy king and king single beds, outside BBQ and dining and lounge areas. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with all the trimmings including, dishwashers, large fridges and pantry with condiments, all kitchen items, essential amenities and hair dryers. The House has two bathrooms, two king beds and two king single beds across three bedrooms and two levels. The two Villas each have one bathroom, one king bed and two king single beds across two bedrooms and single level. There are shared laundry facilities adjoining the house, plenty of free parking available on the property and all linen and towels are provided. Please let us know if you have an infant and we will happily provide a portable cot, high chair and safety screens for the wildfires. Please note there are two additional villas located on the property, with permanent tenants including the owners. All dwellings are all evenly spaced out with additional greenage for privacy, you will barely know they are there. If you are planning a party please let us know for prior approval and notification to tenants. We apologise we are not the place for guest pets. A comprehensive guest information book will provide further details on the house, villas, property and suggestion of things to see and do and places to eat and drink nearby We provide free WiFi, however being in the Otway National Park we can have limited internet and phone reception. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind away from technology and enjoy each others company, wildlife or the books, indoor and outdoor games provided. Please note, we utilise eco friendly septic systems and our water comes from rain water tanks.
