Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. No parties or gatherings, quite hours from 7pm to 7am **Currently the hot tub shown in pictures is out of order** Before your arrival, please be aware that a security deposit of $1,000 will be required. For local residents and bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the security deposit will be $2,500. For March bookings there will be an additional $1000 USD security deposit. Please note that security deposits cannot be paid by credit card. Moreover, 2-night bookings are subject to an extra security deposit requirement.
