The day before your departure, I will let you know if it is possible to stay later than 10 hours. Please note the following guidelines regarding the provision of towels and bed sheets during your stay: - For stays of up to 9 days, a sufficient number of towels will be provided in the apartment upon your arrival, completely free of charge. - For stays lasting 9-14 days or longer, an extra set of sheets will be left in the accommodation on the day of your arrival. Please be informed that no additional cleaning services will be provided, as the apartment is offered as a self-catering accommodation, allowing you to enjoy an independent and autonomous stay. Bedcovers and towels shown in the bedroom pictures may vary between bookings, and may not be the same color or style as seen in the pictures. The property is located in a residential area, and some are occupied by long-term residents who live and work on the island. Please be mindful of noise levels during siesta time (14:00-17:00) and between 23:00-08:00. Please ensure all windows are closed, the door is locked, and air-conditioning units are turned off when leaving the property and upon departure. On departure, place the key inside the key box and lock it by turning the number combination. Make sure to take all your personal belongings. Public transportation in Menorca is limited, and the local bus service in Addaia has only a few daily journeys. Therefore, it is highly recommended to rent a car if you plan on visiting nearby beaches and resorts. Please note that the small commercial center, including the supermarket located just 50 meters from the property, may be closed in April and possibly the last week of October. The nearest resort would be Arenal de Castell, which is just 3 kilometers away. There are laundries in Mahón and Es Mercadal, and a small service at the Addaia port, a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop in front of the complex and garbage containers. The basics like toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products are also provided, as well as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please smoke on the terrace; an ashtray is provided. The Ecotasa tax needs to be paid in cash within 24 hours of arrival at the property. It’s less than 3 kilometers away. The beaches/coves to the north are very beautiful and have the best sunset views.
