Our Suite is located in a pedestrian area precisely in Via Roma 82 and is only a 5-minute walk from the beach and the central station. The space 55 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a historic building in a pedestrian area in the center of Pescara just 400 meters from the sea. It consists of a sleeping area with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a 3-seater sofa, a round table with 4 chairs and an equipped kitchen as well as a small balcony overlooking Via Roma pedestrian area. Equipped with 2 TVs, washing machine, coffee maker with pods, air conditioning in all rooms, Alexa as a voice assistant and audio speakers in every room.
