The Provençal Canopy

Spacious house on two levels with living space and covered terrace on the 1st floor on a wooded plot of 3000 m², swimming pool (5 x 10 m), trampoline, ping pong, petanque court, arbor and barbecue. Located 1.5 km from the village of Pierrevert (shops) in the Luberon Est, known for its wine and the golf course of the Luberon, close to Manosque (city of Jean Giono). Nearby: hiking, mountain biking, golf, typical villages, Giono house, L'Occitane factory store, Quinson prehistoric museum. The space Upstairs you will have an open equipped kitchen, a dining area, a large living room, a bedroom (king size bed 2 x 2 m), a bedroom (queen size bed), a bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower), a separate toilet with hand washbasin served by a corridor. On the ground floor, an entrance, a bedroom (queen size bed), a bathroom (1 sink, shower and integrated toilet), a laundry room, a veranda (exercise bike), an office, a DIY workshop served by a corridor. Guest access This is our home and we close some rooms or we group our personal belongings (dressing room, office, garage). The rest of the house is fully available. Other things to note The garden is equipped with drip irrigation for outdoor planting. We ask tenants to water indoor and outdoor potted plants with a watering can or water jet. The swimming pool is fenced by a wooden barrier (1.00 m high) and accessible by two lockable gates, on request we can install an approved floating alarm. If, due to drought, a prefectural decree of the Alpes de Haute Provence level 3 (crisis) prohibits in the municipality, the upgrading of the swimming pools during your stay, it will unfortunately quickly become unusable. We will grant you, in this (exceptional) case, a discount of €40 per night or €280 per week. The barbecue on the terrace is gas and the one in the garden is charcoal. The wooded environment requires the utmost caution and its use is not recommended in dry weather.
