The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(ren) and dog(s). With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed. "Erna" is particularly suitable for couples, small families, as well as (through)travelers with pets who are looking for a quiet, well-equipped space with character – a retreat with rural charm, practical amenities, and a touch of home. 🚗 Good location The house is in a typical North German village with neighborhood and a natural level of everyday life. Wentorf is not a secluded recreational area, but a small, grown-up place with real village character and down-to-earth warmth. Perfect as a starting point for excursions: Hamburg and Lübeck are easily accessible in about 30–45 minutes. 🛋️ Living area On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a large corner sofa, small dining table, internet TV (including Netflix & Prime Video) and direct access to … 🍽️ Modern cuisine Fully equipped with all you need – including separate dining area with table and four chairs. 🚿 Bathroom Modern and functional, with floor-level shower. Upstairs 🛏️ bedroom An open spiral staircase takes you up: there you will find a spacious bedroom with double bed (2 × 2 m), a single bed and access to the private balcony – for relaxing mornings and quiet nights. ⚠️ Note for guests with dogs or infants: The spiral staircase is open, made of metal and quite steep – not suitable for larger or heavy dogs who want to go upstairs at night. It should also be taken into account for infants that the stairs do not have a child protection grid. The sofa on the ground floor cannot be folded out, but can be used by one person as a simple sleeping accommodation. 🌿 Conclusion: A small house with a lot of heart – ideal for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city: cozy, relaxed and with character. Guest access The feel-good house "Erna" is detached on the left side of the property when you arrive via the shared yard parking lot. Your parking is also on the left – right in front of the house. Access from the front separated entrance. You can easily reach it via the paved access area. The key box can be found to the left of the front door. Upon your arrival, please make sure not to accidentally walk to the right side of the property – there is the also rented ground floor apartment "Werner". We ask you to respect the privacy of the other guests – just like "Erna", "Werner" is also a place of tranquility. Other things to note Attention – please do not confuse: The detached feel-good house on the left (seen from the parking lot) is the accommodation "Erna". The apartment "Werner" is on the right on the ground floor of the main house. Your parking is also on the left side, to the left of the tree in the middle of the yard – this area is reserved for "Erna". The key is in the keybox to the left of the front door. You will receive the code via Airbnb chat in good time before your arrival. Important: > The house is a non smoking place. Pets are always welcome, please let us know when booking. > Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement. Note for guests with dogs or infants: The spiral staircase is open, made of metal and relatively steep. It is therefore not suitable for larger or heavier dogs who definitely want to go upstairs at night. If you have a very affectionate animal that cannot sleep separately, you should keep this in mind in advance – the sleeping area is only upstairs. Even with infants, we recommend including the open staircase construction in the considerations if you feel unsafe. The sofa on the ground floor cannot be folded out, but can be used by one person as an emergency solution if necessary.
