The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pets or smaller families with children and dogs. With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room - so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed. "Erna" is particularly suitable for couples, small families and (transit) travelers with pets who are looking for a quiet, well-equipped accommodation with character – a retreat with rural charm, practical equipment and a touch of home feeling. 🚗 Good location The house is in a typical northern German village with a neighborhood and a natural level of everyday life. Wentorf is not a remote recreational area, but a small, grown place with real village character and down-to-earth warmth. Perfect as a starting point for excursions: Hamburg and Lübeck are easily accessible in about 30–45 minutes. 🛋️ Living area On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a large corner sofa, small dining table, Internet TV (incl. Netflix & Prime Video) and direct access to the … 🍽️ Modern kitchen Fully equipped with everything you need – including a separate dining area with a table and four chairs. 🚿 Bathroom Modern and functional, with a floor-level shower. 🛏️ Upstairs bedroom An open spiral staircase leads you upstairs: there you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 × 2 m), a single bed and access to your own balcony – for relaxed mornings and quiet nights. ⚠️ Note for guests with dogs or toddlers: The spiral staircase is open, made of metal and quite steep – not suitable for larger or heavy dogs that want to go upstairs at night. Even with small children, it should be taken into account that the stairs do not have a child safety gate. The sofa on the ground floor cannot be folded out, but can be used by one person as a simple bed. 🌿 Conclusion: A small house with a lot of heart – ideal for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city: cozy, relaxed and with character. Guest access The feel-good house "Erna" is located freestanding on the left side of the property when you arrive via the common courtyard parking lot. Your parking space is also on the left – right in front of the house. Access is via the separate entrance at the front. You can easily reach it via the paved access area. The key box is located to the left of the front door. When you arrive, please be careful not to accidentally go to the right side of the property - there you will find the ground floor apartment "Werner", which is also rented. We ask you to respect the privacy of the other guests – just like "Erna", "Werner" is also a place of rest. Other things to note Attention – please do not confuse: The detached feel-good house on the left (seen from the parking lot) is the accommodation "Erna". The apartment "Werner" is on the right on the ground floor of the main house. Your parking space is also on the left, to the left of the tree in the middle of the courtyard – this area is reserved for "Erna". The key is in the key box to the left of the front door. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival via the Airbnb chat. Important: > The house is a non-smoking property. Pets are always welcome, please let us know when booking. > Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement. Note for guests with dogs or toddlers: The spiral staircase is open, made of metal and relatively steep. It is therefore not suitable for larger or heavier dogs that absolutely want to go upstairs at night. If you have a very affectionate animal that cannot sleep separately, you should consider this in advance – the sleeping area is exclusively upstairs. Even with small children, we recommend including the open staircase construction in the considerations if you feel unsafe. The sofa on the ground floor cannot be folded out, but can be used as an emergency solution by one person if necessary.
