About an hour drive to Sevierville, Dollywood. Aqua color house with chain link fence. Only small to medium 25 pounds size pets would prefer only 1 animal. Update there is doors on bedrooms. There will be a pet fee. NO SNAKES!! Beautiful views of lake and Smokey mountain and Grandfather mountain from back yard and porch. GRAINGER county park is about a five minute drive. Cherokee Dam is about 10 to 15 minutes with swimming access. Near by boat docks with pontoon rentals, or bring your on boat and launch at near by dock or Grainger county park, boat ramp. The house does not have lake access. It is Lake view only. I’m available by text and phone, if you need anything Cherokee Lake is at the back of home. Fisherman paradise. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. GRAINGER County Park is about a five minute drive. Boat docks close by. There is a small step up at entrance. Back porch has steps. There is two step downs in the house. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
