Less than 5 miles away from Stetson University & Historic Downtown Deland. 4 miles to Skydive Deland. Enjoy many of the areas natural springs including Deleon (8 mins) and Blue Springs. This home is central to the beaches, Daytona, theme parks, St Augustine, Orlando, & all that central Fl has to offer. The space This property has two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a lumbar friendly king size bed with an adjustable tempurpedic cooling gel mattress and massaging feature. Smart tv. Newly renovated master bath with rain showerhead system and a large closet. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. This room has a work desk and smart tv. Tvs all have netflix/samsung tv/ YouTube tv (living room). Enjoy a night in watching movies on the big comfy couch. Game room has a book shelf with tons of books, games , and dart board. Back yard has an outdoor sitting area and grill. Kitchen is fully equipped with the common cooking essentials, full size refrigerator, and coffee maker. Parking space is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Garage parking available for one vehicle . House is located on a quiet cul de sac street. *Note for your mental peace*: Every linen, sheet, comforter, throw, towel, ect. IS WASHED after every single use. Other things to note -2 inflatable paddle boards available. Beach wagon, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, floats, goggles, chairs, and cooler all available! -Most often we can accommodate an early check in but will depend on if there is someone checking out that same morning and my cleaning team. -Late checkouts will be charged an additional night unless discussed with the host. We try to accommodate your requests the best we can but need your communication by doing so. -This is a pet free home as owner has significant allergies. No animals allowed. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, including vape/ecigarettes/marijuana pens etc. If you are found to be smoking in the home, it will be a minimum 500$ fee to deep clean the home. By booking, you are agreeing to the rules. Every guest staying in the home needs to be accounted for at the time of booking. Any unauthorized guests will be charged a fee unless personally discussed with host. If you are an employer or someone booking for someone else to stay in home, this needs to be disclosed prior to booking. -Please review rules prior to booking. Any damage to the home or property within, including the linens/towels/carpet/stains will be at the expense of the renter. -The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee-price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don’t expect you to scrub the home, but pick up after yourself and put things back where you found it. :)
