Our wonderful cook and her assistants make 3 delicious meals per day for a fee of $100 per day. The groceries cost $25/Day PP. You send a $400 grocery deposit so they can stock the villa for your arrival. The space Casa Tortuga is a two story five bedroom villa overlooking the Caribbean. Each bedroom has a private bath with furnishings imported from around the world. With a pool, hammocks, a dock, a beach bed, a volleyball court, steps leading down to the ocean, a beach chess set, a gazebo and gardens it is a magical place to enjoy the beauty of Belize! Guest access You will have the entire villa and we also rent our Pelicans Nest private apartment with viewing roof if you have additional guests. Case Tortuga and the Pelicans Nest together accommodate 14 people. We have 2.5 lots of beachfront that will be exclusively yours for the week. Other things to note The taxes on the rate is 19% taxes. Our wonderful cook, Maria, and her assistants prepare three delicious meals each day for our guests. They charge $70 per day for up to six guests. They charge $100 per day for 7-10 guests. We have you send a $400 grocery deposit. After you book the villa through Airbnb, you can mail the cook's fee and grocery deposit directly to me. You can pay me by check or with a credit card through PayPal. If you use PayPal, there is a fee that will be additional. Since Maria and her assistants make everything from scratch and buy the lobster and fish directly from the fishermen, the groceries usually cost only about $150 per adult for a week. The groceries would be less for a shorter stay, accordingly. Groceries for young children are less. You will give Maria cash for the additional groceries after you arrive. She keeps the receipts and returns any unused money to you at the end of your stay, if there is any. This estimate is pretty accurate, based on the fact that your group will be away for lunch a day or two, on an excursion cave tubing, the full day snorkel and beach BBQ trip up the island or the Mayan ruins trip, etc. The meals at Casa Tortuga are truly excellent. She uses different china for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At dinner, she serves water and wine, if desired, in crystal stem glasses. Dining is a wonderful experience and the food is exceptional.
