My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel. Guest access This space offers many rooms and facilities - a kitchen space with all the tools and utensils stocked, a walk in shower, and bedroom access for up to four guests. There is space to hang coats and store shoes safely, and fully equipped smart home facilities. Along with a home office setup which can be docked into with a laptop with ease.
