55 acres of Woodland and open fields waiting to be explored. Lots of walking trails, open spaces, conveniently located minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking trails. Minutes from fairy stone State Park an hour away from Martinsville speedway. Only an hour drive to Blacksburg the Virginia Tech campus along with access points to the Appalachian trail. There are many Virginia state maintained and stock, trout streams in the area. There is an abundance of wildlife, dear, turkey, bear coyote. The space Bring your tent, vehicle tent, or single axle small RV. Set up your campsite wherever you would like in any of the open areas or there are also wooded areas available for your campsite. We have a solo stove available for campfires and cooking. We would prefer no open campfires. Guest access You can explore the entire property, no ATVs, motorcycles, or side-by-side’s allowed. Feel free to bring your bicycle, although the train is very steep and hilly. Be advised, there are wild animals, ie wildlife on the property prepare accordingly. Other things to note You will need to bring everything needed for camping. There are no bathroom or shower facilities available. You will be expected to pack out anything you pack in. There are abundant wildlife in the area with free range and access to the property prepare accordingly there are bears coyotes, foxes, and bobcats that have been seen on the property.
