You'll also have access to a 55-inch flat screen 4K Roku TV coupled with high speed internet to allow for near infinite entertainment & streaming options. The kitchen dining table has seating for up to 6 with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. All appliances are stainless steel including refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. You'll also have access to an oversized Whirlpool washer & dryer just inside the garage/game room area. Down the hall from the living room, you'll find all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The queen bed room and the kid's bedroom are on the left with the separate bathroom and primary bedroom/bathroom on the right. The primary and queen bedrooms each have 43-inch 4K Roku TVs and the primary bedroom has private access to the patio. You'll find plenty of toys and books for the kids to explore in the kid's room. Both bathrooms have full tile walk-in showers, beautiful quartz counters, and glass bowl sinks. Head to the garage and get ready to have some fun in the family game room! Play some ping pong, rock some foosball, or test your skills on the magnetic dartboard. Just outside, you'll find a large patio area with dining for up to 6, a comfortable seating area for relaxing, and adjustable lounge chairs for kicking it poolside! And don't forget to challenge your fellow travelers to a friendly (or not-so-friendly ☺) game of cornhole with the provided bean bags and game setup. Other things to note Note: The pool is not heated and the average swim season for a non-heated pool in the Phoenix metro area is from May to October, depending on what pool temperatures you're comfortable with. Beds: There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the spare room, & 4 twin-sized bunk beds in the kid's room. You'll also have access to a queen-sized blow-up mattress to accomodate another 1-2 guests. An outdoor gas grill is provided but please note that guests are responsible for ensuring there is propane for use. If a propane tank swap is needed, we will reimburse you when you send us a receipt. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor real occupancy and for disturbances & emergency situations only. For your comfort and to protect our AC system from damage, the thermostat is set to a minimum of 72°F. HVAC technicians recommend this to prevent strain and keep the home running efficiently.
