The space Our traditional farmhouse has three beautifully appointed bedrooms, with a kingsize, a fold out bed in this room also for the 7th guest, a double and then two singles across the three rooms. Slumber in Egyptian cotton bedding, with luxurious 100% ALPACA filled duvet in the King room and touches of Peruvian colour to accent the stunning white bedding and wooden floors, while you snooze on the best reflex mattresses. An upstairs bathroom has a separate bath and shower and south facing window for lots of light. Our kitchen has cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine so you can create your favourite meals at leisure. A washing machine completes the utility area. The dining room is set with a traditional dining table and chairs, to enjoy long leisurely meals together as part of your vacation. The living room, with a luxury corner feature sofa for more than 6 people with soft lighting and a well-stocked log basket for the open fire, gives the perfect switch-off space for your family/friends, to enjoy the large screen TV and fibre broadband! Included in your stay is a fabulous Alpaca Meet 'n Greet experience, where you will meet and cuddle with our alpacas, and get to have all those important selfies with the fleecy guys! Guest access Your group/family has full access to the 3-bedroom property and lots of parking in your private exterior farmyard around the house. External seating and table is available dependant on weather, and the views across the alpaca farm from all of the rear windows and rear courtyard of the house are unique and beautiful! Watch the pygmy goats ducks and hens enjoy our feature pond, weather dependant!
