Newly decorated flat in Salamanca and shared pools

This unique place in Barrio de Salamanca is brand new and recently decorated. It has two bedroms and sleeps four. Everything is new. The community has two pools and a gym. The Retiro park is a 10 min walk. The space Flat is on 6th floor (with elevator), building has a rooftop with a pool and also an indoor pool with a gym. Concierge is there from 9am to 8pm. There is A/C controlled from one thermostat with vents in every room.
