This spacious former pub is a great place from which to explore North Devon. A mile from Combe Martin beach and seafront, with 2 pubs only a short walk and a well stocked 7am-10pm convenience store a short walk. On the edge of Exmoor National Park and only a short drive from Ilfracombe. Surf beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde only 20 mins, away. We have 4 double rooms (one is ensuite) and a spacious open plan downstairs living area. Outside we have parking for 2 cars plus a garden.
