NO heater during summer time. ✔Kitchen with basic cooking utensils, Refrigerator, microwave, bread toaster, 2 burner gas stove, griller, hot and cold water dispenser, ice cooler, EATING UTENSIL ARE PROVIDED ✔Air-conditioned bedrooms, we provide pillows and blankets, NO TOILETRIES PROVIDED, STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the room. ✔FREE unlimited purified drinking water ✔FREE LPG ✔Videoke (until 10 pm only resume 8 am as per Barangay Ordinance) ✔Unlimited Fiber Internet ✔Netflix Tv and Videoke ✔Billiard table ✔ Gated parking area • 4-5 cars for Santorini Villa X NO units for couple, WHOLE PRIVATE VILLA RENT 📌Children 3 years old and below are free. 📌If you exceed to the maximum headcounts, We charge 1,000 per head for adults & 500 per head for kids. 📌Visiting guests is 200 per head, they can stay until 10pm only. 📌Strictly NO early check in and LATE check out 1,500 - 2,500 per hour will be charged for every excess hour if available. • Santorini Villa - 1,500 per hour 📌Pet is allowed but we charge 500 per pet, you are responsible for their mess, they NEED to wear diaper during their stay. 📌We DO NOT provide toiletries such as towels, shampoo, toothpaste, alcohol, paper towel, and etc. 📌Kitchen is FREE to use with basic cooking utensils but you need to leave it clean, we charge 500 for unwashed dishes left, or you can avail the help of helper or cook for 800 pesos each for whole duration of your stay, 📌No corkage fee for food and drinks, except for the Lechon 500 pesos will be charge. If the reservation is for events, we charge corkage for outside caterer of 2000, & 1000 for other suppliers each. 📌if you do not want to cook on your own, we also sell boodle fight, fullboard meals, full catering service, lechon, and other home cooked meals. Details will be provided once you are already booked. 📌We also have van for rent
