Stay at Lazy Bear Brewing. We have a unique retreat waiting for you above our brewery. A one-bedroom, newly renovated apartment with a private deck to enjoy the sunset over the Digby Gut. You may even enjoy it with our Gut View Amber Ale! We're located in the quiet village of Smith's Cove, a short walk to a sandy beach, and five minutes to shopping, entertainment and restaurants in Digby. Complimentary growler of beer upon arrival (must be 19) The space A spacious one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaker tub. Both are located on the second floor. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen and dining area as well as a lounge with large windows overlooking the basin. There is an additional Murphy bed in the living room with a half bath, making it private for couples who want to share this awesome space. Traveling with kids or babies? A pack-n-play and bassinet are available well as a high chair. Guest access Guests have full access to the grounds and can wander around the seven acres including a small vineyard. A spring-fed pond also exists on the property and has access to the rail trail. It's only a short walk to sandy beaches. Other things to note Apartment is accessible only with stairs. It may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We host live music night on Thursdays and guests may feel the need to buy a flight of beer.
