The house is situated on a quiet residential street, with easy access to the city centre minutes away (buses 17 , 18, 44, 77, 83, 122, 123, 150, etc). There is a range of amenities next door : restaurant, cafe, take-away, shopping mall, post office, pharmacy, etc. The house is warm (underfloor heating), comfortable and bright, with large glass doors leading to the garden. There is a patio leading to the rear garden facing south West, with trees and bird songs.. The space The room is facing south, soft carpet underfoot. It is bright, spacious with plenty of storage space. A little study corner can be installed if required. Guest access The kitchen/diner and the lounge area is airy and bright and look onto the back garden. Underfloor heating. The bathroom is fitted with electric shower. it has a washing machine and a dryer. Other things to note we have a little house dog, very friendly and cuddly. And clean!
