For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET POLICY ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Pets are allowed for an additional $300 nonrefundable fee. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ 1920s House ★ This building was built in 1920 and while we have upgraded it to make it more modern it is still 100 years old and they didn't seal the homes as well 100 years ago as they do now.
