Lac-Brome Studio

Studio in a central location around Lac Brome. You get to enjoy the lake view, while having a quiet backyard with a forest. Passionate of nature, hiking, cycling, skiing and water sports, you will be served. We built this house when we learned that our family was going to get bigger. We finished the studio with re-used material from the previous chalet that was on the land- from the kitchen cabinets, to the bedroom storage unit to the office table. The space The studio is located on the ground floor of our house; it is about 360 square foot. The place can welcome up to 4 people. In the closed bedroom, there is a queen size bed, where we can also provide a crib (on demand). There is a sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchenette, you will find a refrigerator, a small counter oven, a portable induction stove and all the dishes you need for a basic cooking. There is also a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine (regular size capsules). For the most comfortable stay, linens are included as well as bath towels and Oneka body wash/Shampoo. You will also find a washing machine in the bathroom. The backyard is a shared space. It will be a pleasure to cross paths with you if we happen to be there. You are welcome to use the fireplace. Other things to note While we are very close to the Lac Brome, we do not have a private access. There are two options to get on or in the Lake: 1) Public park at 15 minutes walk (2 min drive) from the house with free parking 2) Douglass Beach at 4 minutes drive (10 min by bike) from the house with pay parking.
