Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Pets Policy - max. of 2 pets per stay - weight should be 40lbs or below (combined) - additional fee of $75-300 depending on length of stay to be collected separately - Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiff/Mastiff, Bulldogs are unfortunately not allowed To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
