POSSIBILITY TO TAKE COOKING CLASSES, BY RESERVATION! The space The house is on two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen and a small bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, washing machine). A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds, the living room and a bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, sink). The rooms are equipped with a fan. The two double bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, but this service is only available in July, August and September. From the kitchen you can access the outdoor patio covered by a pergola and furnished with a large table where you can spend your time relaxing and enjoying the view of the large garden that surrounds the house. In the garden there is a small above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is next to the owners and there are three domestic cats that might come to visit you sometimes. The house is located in Chiesanuova in Val di Pesa, a small town immersed in the beautiful Chianti countryside. It is exactly 1 km of dirt road from the town, where there are two grocery stores for small expenses, a bar, an ATM, a pizzeria, and a hairdresser. The nearest town is San Casciano in Val di Pesa, 6 km away, a pretty town where there is a large supermarket and numerous shops of all kinds (butcher, fruit and vegetables, post office, bank, clothing, etc.) Chiesanuova is just a 15-minute drive from Florence and within an hour you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and the most beautiful Tuscan towns. It is 15 minutes from Scandicci and the tram, the fastest and most effective public transport to reach Florence's historic center without worrying about parking.
