On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and a small bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, washing machine). A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a living room, and a bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, sink). The rooms are equipped with a fan. The two double rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, but this service is only available in July, August, and September. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor patio, which is covered by a pergola and furnished with a large table where you can spend time relaxing and enjoying the view of the large garden that surrounds the house. In the garden, there is a small above-ground pool for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment shares a wall with the owners’ property, and there are three domestic cats and a dog in the garden next door. The house is located in Chiesanuova in Val di Pesa, a small town nestled in the beautiful Chianti countryside. Exactly, it is located 1 km along a dirt road from the town centre, where there are two grocery stores for small purchases, a café, an ATM, a pizzeria, and a hairdresser. The nearest town is San Casciano in Val di Pesa, 6 km away, a charming little town with a large supermarket and a variety of shops (butcher, fruit and vegetable, post office, bank, clothing, etc.). Chiesanuova is just a 15-minute drive from Florence, and within an hour you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, and the most beautiful Tuscan towns. It is 15 minutes from Scandicci and the tram, which is the fastest and most efficient form of public transport to get to Florence’s historic centre without having to worry about parking.
