Situated in rural Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak District. Close to spa town of Matlock. 30 minutes from Chatsworth, Bakewell and Kedleston Hall. The lodge is next to a public footpath, lots of open fields with public footpaths which allow miles of off-road walking. Free private parking shared with the house opposite. The lodge has a kitchen with a dishwasher, cooker and fridge, living room with seating and dining area. Pubs nearby, with closest approx 200 metres. The space Kitchen, dining area, living room. Two bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two single beds. One bathroom with shower and bath. Guest access Full access to the lodge. The parking space is shared space with the house opposite but ample room for parking. Other things to note There is a public footpath next to the lodge so walkers will pass by.
