This house is on the 1st floor (without electricity outages), sunlight entrances everywhere, it has private covered garage, CCTV 24/7 (outdoor cameras only) and alarm sys, all house is disinfected and all linen washed after each guest, high speed internet, induccion cooker, complete loundry room (washer & dryer), smart TV 4K 43", Netflix, PS3. If you car is bigger than garage we can provide an extra garage with $5 extra fee. Please recycle and put the trash in the right bin, thanks :). The space It has nature around with sunlight entrance everywhere, the floor is wood made, it has a huge space inside 184m2, everything is desinfected after each guest, pets not allowed. Garage is just for automobiles and single pickup, for double pickups there is another neighbor garage $5/night. Guest access it is on the first floor, just for laundering you have to go to 3rd floor at loundry room (door labeled "LOUNDRY"), this is for your use only, you have to upstears throgh kitchen room. Other things to note please, induccion cooker should be turned off after every use, "H" means hot and off, thanks
