Grande View 1

Located in a quiet rural cul-de-sac in Harford County's farming community, this gem sits above a 7-acre lake amongst beautiful, wooded scenery. Grande View 1 is a newly built and furnished apartment with queen bedroom, full bath, kitchen & laundry as well as the ability to control heat and air. Lake access is a short walk through one of our three wooded trails from the house. Full 365-degree access to the lake for fishing, kayaking and birdwatching is available. The space Grande View 1 entrances into a large full kitchen / living room with granite countertops and large bay window facing 7 acre Lake Mitten. a hallway off the kitchen takes you to a bedroom with a spa feel. Another short hallway takes you to a large laundry closet with small utility tub, washer, dryer and shelving. Across from the laundry is a walk in closet with hangers. At the end of this hall is our beautiful full bath, marble countertop and large double sized tiled shower with full glass front. The bathroom has heat lamp, fan and is stocked with our fluffy white towels, soaps and shampoo (2 day supply). Guest access Guests will enter with a keypad code directly into Grande View 1. A door in the kitchen which connects to owners private space is locked. The accessible areas include the entire suite (kitchen/living area, bedroom, closets, full bath and laundry as well as the entire yard and lake area. Lake guidelines are provided in our guest book found in the suite. During your stay We are happy to answer any question you have via phone, text or in person if we are available. Other things to note The area is known for its agricultural offerings: fruit picking, farmers markets, wine vineyards and breweries. It is also known for outdoor sporting: fishing, watersports and hiking trails due to access to state parks, creeks and lakes. We are also just one hour from historic Lancaster County PA.
