Kayaks will need to be transported to the river via car roof racks or ute (approx 15 min drive). Only a 7 min drive to the local general store and Idle Inn café and just a 17 min drive to beautiful beaches such as Moonee Beach with its river inlet and shaded grassy picnic areas. Coffs Harbour with its cafes, restaurants, shops, Coffs Harbour Jetty, and airport only 29 mins away. Parents, please note that the dams are unfenced, so children need to be supervised at all times. Small dogs maybe allowed on request only. Please note there are currently no dog fences on the property. Property History: To our knowledge the cottage was originally built back in the 1980’s with stained-glass windows and timber repurposed from the original Nana Glen public school. This property with the existing original main house was one of the first settled in this area by farmers and miners dating back to the 1890’s and has high heritage significance due to a lone surviving early settler gravesite located on the property, an evocative reminder of the hardships of pioneer settlement and an irreplaceable link to the 19th century. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, surrounding grounds, paddocks and pool. Parking is available next to the cottage. There are a few steps up to the front and rear verandas. Other things to note It is best to fold away the sofa when not in use as it takes up alot of the living room space. Registration Details PID-STRA-47473
