Pelican Estate A - New Generator and Water system

Pelican Estate has 2 private-entry units for rent. Unit A can accommodate 2 guests but only one car to be parked on the property. No children under 16 are allowed. NO pool guests as well. PLEASE no animals are allowed. Both units have been recently renovated and very comfortable. (No Smoking allowed in the apt.) The Pelican Estate is a short walk to the beach. The space Pelican Estates is unique because it has a lovely private pool and deck area. A new Bar-b-que is on the pool deck for your use as well as a picnic table and umbrella. please do not move furniture and this includes the flat screen tv thank you please follow the rules Guest access All guests have complete access to there apt. and pool deck. please do not move furniture that includes moving the flat screen tv to the bedroom. please follow the rules .checkin 3pm til 10pm checkout is 11am Other things to note There is a $30 cleaning fee per unit
