I will need you to read and agree to our pet-specific information so that our expectations are aligned and to protect the safety and well-being of your pet! -Our property is 1 acre and contains 4 tiny houses, 1 two-bedroom house and a few small out buildings. It's like a little neighborhood! We also have 3 neighbors that live close by. -Profits go toward caring for the land and the daily operations of the homestead. Our focuses for 2024 include caring for 2 vegetable + flower gardens, caring for our chicken flock, adding gravel parking spaces, and adding 10 fruit trees, Thank you so much for your contributions to our Earthy art project! We really appreciate it! -You will journey to the main pink house to use the bathroom + shower. There is also a composting toilet outhouse in the back yard available for your use. -We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a small dog. You may see them in the main pink house or roaming freely in the yard. Also a few playful (not dangerous) neighbor dogs may visit our yard from time to time. -During your stay, there could be 1-10 other people on the property. This would be your hosts Rachel + Andrew, long term residents, seasonal rock climbers and other short term visitors. All residents and visitors are expected to follow the house rules. The hosts are here to ensure a happy + peaceful environment for all :)! -There is a TV with HDMI cord + streaming app log ins (no channels, no DVD player). -We provide: pillows, sheets, blankets, dish soap, hand soap, dish rags, hand towels, paper towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, essential kitchen cookware & utensils, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo .. washcloths + bath towels. -The water in the Dutch Oven is Beattyville city water. The water in the main pink house is also Beattyville city water. We have a Berkey filter in the main pink house kitchen that you are welcome to collect filtered drinking water from. -The Dutch Oven accommodates 1-2 guests and 1-2 vehicles. If you have more people in your party ask about extra guest fees. You will probably be more comfy renting another tiny house rental from us!
