I am thrilled to welcome you to my recently refurbished home. Located on The Summit, you and my friendly neighbours are lucky to enjoy the glow of the sunset on a clear evening. During the day, you can enjoy scenic views of the countryside from the living room and upstairs bedrooms. Can you spot Winter Hill, the transmitting station in the distance? That's in Rivington which is 23 miles away! The space The property boasts two large king size bedrooms, a single bedroom, shower over bath and a kitchen that makes cooking a dream with two eye-level NEFF ovens, RANGEMASTER hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and a fridge/ freezer. The washing machine and pods are available to use, however, the dryer is unfortunately not in use. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and outdoor space. Other things to note The property is situated in a residential area and I have adjoining neighbours. Please be respectful of them during your stay. Please park in front of the house, if you have two cars, park on the opposite side of the road where possible, ensuring common sense is used and neighbours houses are not blocked. The house has been fully refurbished with new carpets upstairs, please be respectful and take shoes off and clean up any spills. I provide you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash (plus some feminine products and essentials). I also supply tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. The coffee machine and milk frother is there for you to use, you can bring your own Nespresso small pods. Please ensure you clean this after use. The dryer is unfortunately out of action and therefore not included in the listing. Pets are very welcome subject to the small pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Please ensure that they don’t go on any furniture if they have a malting coat or wet/ dirty. Blankets and towels are provided, please just leave them in front of the washing machine if used.
