Thank you! The Lucky Duck is located on an elevated point offering 500+ ft of frontage and beautiful lake views from nearly every window! The gentle slope to the lake, private dock, swim raft, and sandy beach are perfect for fishing and swimming in this Northwoods paradise. Kayaks, paddle boat, and water toys are provided during warm weather stays. Two-person outdoor sauna available year-round for guest use. Set on an acre, the flat grassy backyard is the perfect spot for yard games and sports. Corn hole, Volleyball/Badminton Set, Jenga, Bocce Ball all supplied. Boat launch is right next door, as is public land for hiking and cross country skiing! The Lodge has space for the whole family including two comfortable seating areas for games and movies, a large fully equipped kitchen with a custom farmhouse table, three cozy queen bedrooms, a huge bunkhouse with second TV, fireplace and games that sleeps 8, and extra bedroom with pop-up trundle. Three full baths with washer/dryer top off this bright, lakefront home. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. This small lake community is very close knit, and we can only rent to those that respect this important rule. If you are looking to party, please choose a different property! Garage will be accessed to take garbage cans in and out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guests will not be disturbed. Lawn service mows on Wednesdays. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Capacity: Adult limit- 10 With total limit of 16 people The Lodge is a Tri-level home and has 7 stairs up to the dining area/kitchen and another 7 stairs to the 3 queen bedrooms. If you are looking to party, please choose a different property! The main living areas, kitchen and dining are open concept allowing large groups to easily mingle and spend time together. The bunkhouse and 5th bedroom also have a few steps down to access them. The home is located on an elevated point and has stairs to access the lake as well as gradual slopes around the patio/firepit, providing gorgeous panorama views from the firepit area/patio. Wifi is available via Satellite. Coverage may vary depending on location in the home, foliage, and rain/snow. Please treat the home, lake, land, and wild animals with respect. No wakes are allowed on this quiet lake at any time. Cleaning up litter inside and out and leaving the whole property as you found it is mandatory. Extra fees will apply if home or outside is left otherwise. Please keep food out of the bedrooms. No parties are allowed. Minimum age to rent property is 25 years old. No fireworks or firearms allowed at any time. The inside of the property is 100% non-smoking, including the use of vape pens. Firewood is provided to get you started. Guests will need to provide wood thereafter. Bonfires should never exceed the size of the fire ring. Top Bunks and Pop-up Trundle beds have a weight limit of 250 lbs. Please do not allow your children to jump on any beds. We have had numerous bed frames break due to jumping. Breaking beds will result in replacement fees. Thank you for your cooperation. Well-behaved and 100% potty-trained dogs are welcome. Please keep dogs off couches and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside at all times. Please be conscious of excessive barking to not upset any neighbors. Please wipe paws and make sure only clean dogs are allowed back in the house. Cleaning up after your dog in the yard is required. Limit three dogs per group. Sorry, no cats or other pets. The wooded lot is home to wildlife and insects. We do our best to keep the outside out. Please help us by keeping exterior doors closed. You may encounter deer and other critters, and we ask that you please be respectful as they pass through. We do offer use of a mosquito fogger for outside insects. Directions are on the side of the machine. It is located in the garage. Check in time is 3pm. We are happy to accommodate early check in when possible. Instructions will be sent the day before check in, with lock box code and final details will be sent day of. Check out is 11am. Please exit promptly as cleaners are scheduled to arrive at 11:15am for same day flips. Guests will be charged a fee of $30/15 minutes after 11:15am, to cover for cleaners wating time.
