(L) Historic center house

House located in the historic center of the city of Durango, in a quiet and safe area. One block from the Alamedas and two blocks from the Cathedral. Well-lit, new facilities, relaxing atmosphere. You can use the kitchen and dining room in the common area. We do have Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work inside the room because it's an old house with thick double-walled and adobe walls. However, in the rest of the house (kitchen, dining room, hallways, terrace) you will have Wi-Fi internet The space The rooms have a private bathroom. You can rest peacefully because although it is a very central place, it is also quiet. There are multiple restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance. We don't have our 🅿️ own parking but there are several very close by and you have the option to park your car on the sidewalk in front of the house from late evening (because before that it's complicated because we're around government offices and the street parking lots fill up... if you decide or can park your car on the street it's important to know that you need to download the Blinkay app, and pay through it for the municipal parking meter which works from 8 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays parking is free. In the refrigerator you will find a tray to store your things, with the name of your room. The washer and dryer are exclusively for the use of the house staff. However, you can use the laundry room in the courtyard if necessary
