This fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a laundry room, kitchen, large expanded living area, and hot tub & grill area. Centrally located a short drive from shops and restaurants in historic downtown along the Caloosahatchee River, parks, and the Edison/Ford Museum. The space This home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and a TV, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a interior laundry room available for your use. We include extra bedding and air mattresses, and the living room ottoman folds out into a cot as well. The hottub and grill area are located outside the back door. The driveway fits several cars but we have additional parking space available as well. A few minute drive from the STARS complex, and only 5-10 minutes from the Heitmann House & Alderman House wedding venues, as well as the other event centers and wedding venues located in downtown Fort Myers. (The Sidney & Berne Davis Art center, the Tree House, & Caloosa Sound Convention center.) Approximately a 20 minute drive from the Minnesota Twins training center, Lee Health Sports Complex and Hammond Stadium. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy! Other things to note There are 3 queen beds, but we have an cot bed in the living room, as well as a queen air mattress & extra bedding available, if you are wanting to include more than 6 people in your group!
