My house is located a small bridge away from Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio, a very lively area served by shops and restaurants where you can experience authentic Venetian life. Strategic location to discover the city (halfway between the train and bus station and Rialto). The apartment is on the first floor (15 steps without an elevator). It is close to the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop (no bridge). The space The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa, a table for 4, and a cooking area. The small balcony with a small table and two chairs with a characteristic view allows a pleasant moment of relaxation or breakfast outdoors for two people. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. Guest access If you book for two people, you will have access to the living room, kitchen, balcony and a large bedroom with a private bathroom. The smaller bedroom and a bathroom will be closed. If there are two of you and you want two separate rooms, an additional cost of 30 euros will be charged. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION TAX: to be paid in cash upon arrival or departure. €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. (not due for children under 12 years of age).
