Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. We are renting a lovely studio not far from the emperor´s summer residence Schönbrunn (14th district). The apartment is fully furnished and composed of a bed/livingroom with a double bed, desk, kitchen, washing machine/dryer, cupboard, bathroom and toilet. The flat is located on the 4th floor without elevator. It is perfect for a single person or a couple, for a short or long stay in the beautiful city of Vienna! New bed since Oct 2024! The space This cozy studio is small but provides everything you need for your holiday or business stay in Vienna wether it is a short or long stay. It is composed of a single big and bright room consisting of a double bed (140x200cm), a table with two chairs a wardrobe and a new kitchen including a washing machine and dryer. To complete the apartment there is a new bathroom and a separte toilet. There are blackout curtains so you can have a good rest! As some of our recent guests complained about the bed we decided to buy a new one, also a new mattress and therefore we hope to provide best comfort and regenerative sleep! Guest access The whole apartment is for your private use. The apartment has a nice view on a park and on the street as it is located at the 4th floor (no lift). Other things to note Our apartment is officially registered and approved by the authorities of the city of Vienna (MA 37), so you can book with confidence! :-) You will also get the key to use the green back garden!
