Cozy room in a very central apartment

No matter where you're visiting us from, you'll feel right at home here. With a family atmosphere, youthful, where you can rest and have a good time. An old, strong, and safe building. A spacious apartment with high ceilings, lots of lighting, and a good vibe. Nearby you can find banks, shopping centers, malls, restaurants, bars, museums, and the city's landmarks. A 15-minute walk to the Historic Center and Zona Rosa. One block from Metrobus and Metro Revolución. LGBT friendly. The space It's a family atmosphere, but youthful at the same time. You will have your private space where you can rest and feel comfortable. Guest access The apartment has 2 other private rooms occupied by other tenants. You can use the kitchen and all its utensils, you will have a space in the refrigerator if you want to store food and drinks and a space in the pantry; a very pleasant room with television; a spacious and bright dining room with a balcony (where you can go out to smoke, in the case of smokers, and enjoy the view); a large, bright bathroom, with a space for your personal hygiene things and most importantly... clean, shared with the other inhabitants of the apartment, with hot water, shampoo, soap, towel and toilet paper; you can use the washing machine and Wi-Fi (signal throughout the apartment). During your stay I am here to help you with any questions you may have, whether regarding the apartment or the city. I give you the independence you need, but if one day we coincide in time and mood we can go sightseeing, have a few drinks, a good chat, etc. I'm open to finding good company and making your trip easier. Other things to note I follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are some of the highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning regulations. Check-out is open until 11 pm, but the room is handed over early so that it can be cleaned and be ready for the next guest. You can leave your things and make use of the rest of the apartment until the time you decide to leave, it's just a matter of discussing it and agreeing on the schedules.
