Guest access Eleven Luxury Suite is located in the pedestrian area, a UNESCO HERITAGE, in the heart of the historic center of Genoa. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment (120 square meters). At check in, agreed with our guests, we will be happy to give you advice and informations for visiting the city and suggestions on restaurants where you can taste typical Ligurian dishes. Tourist office 200 meters from the apartment Other things to note There is an internal staircase in the apartment to access the mezzanine so it is good to take this into account. Air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a smart TV, access to apps such as Netflix must be done with your personal account. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a short distance from all the main tourist attractions. The historic center is the ideal neighborhood to explore the city on foot, as it is entirely pedestrian. At the same time, it is a lively area with the natural presence of sounds related to daily and night-time urban life, such as the passage of pedestrians, the opening and closing activities of commercial establishments and the passage of small waste collection vehicles (which are allowed to enter the historic center only early in the morning). Please note that, as this is a property located in a historic building, it is not possible to replace the window frames with modern windows; however, the glass of all the windows has been replaced, in order to limit the noise coming from the pedestrian street below as much as possible.
