Cosy and bright private room in modern penthouse. The flat is in a peaceful residential area in Kingswood, E. Bristol with regular buses to city centre (25mins), close to ring road and local amenities inc. Lidl, B&M & Boots. Room inc. king-sized bed, TV and desk. Two windows let in plenty of light and show views of the city. Includes use of kitchen, dining table, bathroom and free allocated parking. The flat is on third floor and can only be accessed by stairs. The space My home is modern and homely with contemporary decor and lots of houseplants. The room is clean, cosy and quirky owing to the angular pitched walls and alcove. It features a king size bed, TV and desk to work at and there is plenty of floor space. The room is in my home where I live so you will likely be sharing the kitchen and bathroom spaces with me, although I give guests plenty of space. Guest access Private bedroom, shared bathroom and shared kitchen/dining area. During your stay If I’m at the flat then I’ll be there to help as necessary. If I’m not at the flat I can be contacted via Airbnb app/phone/text.
