Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun and play. The closeness to the sea, the beach, the swaying palm trees and feeling the warm sand between your toes is like coming to paradise. The big and nice house, 190 sqm with eight beds, where cleaning, dishes and bedding each day are included, amplifies it feeling like staying in hotels. It has everything you need in your vicinity, wonderful sunsets in the sea, restaurants, several pools, bars, golf, gym and massage etc. The space Welcome to our large tastefully decorated house, 190 sqm, with large spacious rooms. The house has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds. One of few houses with indoor stairs to the second floor. The size of the house allows the house to be rented from several families. You live 50 meters from the beach and about 150 meters from an infinity pool/restaurant where breakfast, lunch and massages (during high season) are available. There you can also rent canoes, surfboards etc. On the large terrace, partly under the roof, there is a dining area where you can sit and enjoy the warm evenings. Here you can come and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment and yet with proximity to everything. Cleaning, washing up and bedding included. Transfer from the airport or other city can be arranged by our landlord. The villa is available for renting only as a whole. So the whole villa will be at your disposal. The villa has free high speed WiFi all over. Our landlord will greet you upon arrival and can provide services for you and help you to order anything you may need to enjoy your stay. There are three restaurants within the resort, within walking distance of your villa. Outside the resort there are additional restaurants- genuine Thai restaurants. In walking distance, about 20 minutes, in our nearest village Klong Son, there are also a several restaurants. Other things to note The house is cleaned every day. The maid/cleaner makes the sayings, wash dishes and clean the house. Linens, towels, bath towels are changed once a week. Water and wifi are included in the rental rate. Due to environmental reasons, the tenant pays for the electricity you dispose of. A normal consumption of electricity amounts to somewhere between 1000 THB and 3000 THB/week depending on how much AC and other electricity you useTips: To save electricity, turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the room.
