A BEACH TOWN HOME IN KITTY HAWK, NC OBX Located at milepost 4.5 in the heart of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, this fully equipped townhome is located in the Sea Dunes Community and offers everything your family wants for an enjoyable vacation in the Outer Banks. Linens and bath towels are not provided, I can provide several linen services, please bring beach towels. The space This beach home is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with 2 decks overlooking the pool and tennis courts, an ocean view with only a short walk to a life guarded beach. About this home: The ground level features a hang out room with a wicker sectional, table and chairs, smart TV, washer/dryer, shower, and refrigerator.. Feel free to use coolers, beach chairs, and 2 adult bikes. No Grill. The middle level features the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath with walk in shower and a sliding glass door to a private deck. The secondary bedroom is a queen size bed with a twin bunk bed and full bath with tub/shower. The upper level features a great room, dining area, modern kitchen with breakfast bar and half bath. Microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster oven are provided. The great room opens onto a spacious deck with views of the pool, ocean, and tennis courts. This living area includes a smart TV. We offer free WI-FI access. Community facilities include a pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball courts and a clubhouse with racquetball, fitness equipment, and game room which includes a pool table, air hockey, ping pong and video games. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. There will be a few closets that are used only for the owners. Other things to note LINENS and bath towels are not provided. I can provide a linen service to deliver linens, just let me know. Please bring beach towels. FAMILY GROUPS ONLY - MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes. Please note that this is a townhome with 3 floors, so there are quite a few stairs. This may not be ideal for small children or elderly individuals who are not mobile.
