Part of a farmhouse: on the ground floor, a living area with kitchen and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets; on the first floor, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, unique sunset view. I live in the other part of Stazzu, so some outdoor areas may be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car. Reservations for two guests are for one double bedroom on the second floor and the living area with kitchen and sofa bed on the first floor. The second double bedroom will be available for bookings for the third and fourth person There are three electricity meters: one outside the entrance gate, the second in the heat pump's technical room inside the property, and the third inside the house at the entrance to the main wooden door in the stairwell. If, in your absence, it is necessary to reset this meter, the owner, with prior notice, will be able to enter the stairwell entrance. To reset the meter, you cannot enter any rented room.
