Country house with pool in Provence, in the beautiful village of Aups, in the Verdon Gorge. Small villa with large pool located in a quiet area, not overlooked, 15-minute walk to the village center and 15-minute drive to Lake Sainte-Croix and the gorges. The house is reserved for families with children. The space Family home. Inside the house, on the ground floor you will find a living room (dining room + living room) overlooking the terrace, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, robots, fridge, small freezer (attached cellar with washing machine, second fridge, garden toys), an adult bedroom (new 160 bed) and its adjoining shower room. Upstairs, an adult bedroom (new 160 bed), with a very small office for remote working, a children's bedroom (3 bunk beds, books, lots of toys), a bathroom. Linens and towels are not provided. Baby equipment available. No air conditioning but a fan in every bedroom. WiFi throughout the house. Connected speaker in the living room. Outside, the garden and its olive trees, the sunny terrace (part of it is being repaired but passable) and a dining area in the shade of the oaks. And especially the large private pool, fully secured for children thanks to a fence all around and a lockable gate. (open from April to September). Outdoor table, gas barbecue (a canister is at your disposal but it may need to be replaced during your stay), garden furniture, deckchair, ping-pong table at your disposal. The land is NOT fenced. A deposit of €500 is required at check-in. For winter rentals, the fireplace is of course usable and logs are at your disposal. However, we ask €8 per day, upon arrival, for wood. When booking, we appreciate you telling us who you are, the age of your children etc... Guest access You have access to the entire house with the exception of 2 closets where we store our personal belongings. The separate garage at the rear of the house is also not accessible. The pool is completely private. Just for you! Other things to note No gate. No boundary with the neighboring olive groves. Almost no one overlooks it.
