Hardy Spring River House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house on the south fork of the Spring River. Large covered deck and outdoor fire pit. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and fishing while taking in the peaceful river view. Includes river access and small dock. The space This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The downstairs of the property is unfinished as the home sits in the edge of the Spring River, and could be subject to flooding. There is a large covered deck overlooking the river, and you can hear the rapids from the falls just downstream. Guest access Guest are welcome to use any area on the main floor of the house. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor fire pit . Because the downstairs is unfinished, we ask that our guests refrain from using this area. Our guests are also welcome to use any of the 5 kayaks on the property, paddles, and/or flotation devices as long as they sign waiver.
