The Trotter house is composed of a first floor that hosts a large dining room, multiple parlors, a main office and large porch with seating, while the second floor hosts all five current guest rooms and a partial wrap around balcony. Guest access Please feel free to use the shared spaces as you would in your own home. The kitchen is the perfect place to cook a meal for your family, but the dining area is great for conversations and take-out! If you have the need to do your laundry before leaving, there is a washer and dryer and supplies provided. The downstairs bathroom and parlors are all free to use as needed.
