This cozy private room has a very comfortable queen bed with high quality mattress and bedding, a door out to the patio, a large closet and a 32 inch LG TV with Prime, Netflix and streaming TV channels. Fast WiFi is up to 200 mbps. You get free use of living, dinning and family rooms, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The boiler pump is under this room and when it's cold out, you will sometimes hear it running. We find it to be soothing white noise for sleeping, but some people may not.
